Let us Praise God, as we worship the LORD through Music ! 

Music plays a vital role in the life of Pinecrest Baptist Church. We are blessed to have an excellent music program committed to the praise of our Lord, as well as to excellence in music.  A full schedule of worship opportunities, including two Sunday morning services, and a Sunday evening service, offers everyone multiple occasions for praising God through music.

Our Adult Sanctuary choir, Senior Adult choir, as well as ensembles and other musical groups provide individuals with opportunities for involvement in the music ministry on many levels. 

We believe that you will find here a variety of musical approaches that serve to offer avenues to worship for a broad range of people.  Whether your musical preference is Traditional, Southern Gospel or Contemporary Praise & Worship, you'll find what you're looking for at Pinecrest Baptist Church.

All choirs are open membership for anyone interested in participating (age specific). Ensembles, and instrumental groups are audition only. Interested singers may join by attending a rehearsal.

Adult Sanctuary Choir:
The Sanctuary Choir is the flagship of our music ministry. Primarily responsible for Sunday morning worship leadership, the Sanctuary Choir is composed of persons 18 years or older. Rehearsals take place in the Choir Rehearsal Room at 7:45 on Wednesday evenings. Membership is open to anyone with a song in their hearts.

Ensembles:
The Praise & Worship Music Team assists the Worship Leader, Choir, and Praise Band in the 11:00 AM Worship service.  Consisting of auditioned singers, the group leads in singing congregational worship music and/or special music. The group rehearsal time is determined through the music director.

Senior Adult Choir:
Our Senior Adult Choir consists of Senior Adults ages 60 and up. We rehearse Monday mornings at 10:30 AM in the Choir Rehearsal Room.  Our music consists of collections written especially for Senior Musicians. Come and join us for "the time of your life". Sharon Potter leads this group as their director
